SMR Auto Appearance | Ceramic Pro Northampton

It’s a convenient all-in-one shop. From my experience over multiple visits, the quality of the work is generally good, but communication and coordination can be inconsistent. The staff handling the setup and scheduling don’t always seem fully informed about the status of the vehicle, and I’ve picked up my car more than once only to realize certain items were missed or left unfinished. It also seems like some of the work is outsourced at times, which may contribute to the inconsistency in communication and overall execution. They also tend to overpromise on completion times and underdeliver on the work initially discussed.

**Five Stars Across the Board!** I highly recommend **SMR Auto Appearance** to anyone looking for premium auto detailing, ceramic coating, and customization. They recently completed ceramic coating, tinting, and powder coating on our new Range Rover Sport — and the results are nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Their work is meticulous and cutting-edge, using exclusive, high-end products that truly set them apart. The ceramic coating they applied is next-level — you can immediately tell this is not your average job. They are at the forefront of automotive innovation, offering technology and techniques you won’t find anywhere else. What impressed me most was their unmatched customer service. The team is extremely reliable, professional, and honest, with very fair pricing for the level of quality you receive. Their expertise is clear from the moment you speak with them, and the final results speak for themselves. If you want your vehicle treated with true craftsmanship and care, SMR Auto Appearance is the only place to go.

Just got my car wrapped in satin black by SMR, and it came out incredible! The quality of the work is top-notch. Special thanks to Rummy, the owner — he and his team did a phenomenal job. Their attention to detail and professionalism really show. 5 stars without a doubt! I’ll definitely be back for any future work.

Sunny and Remi from SMR Auto Appearance did an outstanding job wrapping my Tesla Model X! I brought my own wrap, the TMaxx SuperGloss Über Red, and the results are absolutely stunning. The team demonstrated true expertise from start to finish, showing meticulous attention to detail to ensure every contour of my car was covered flawlessly. They took the time to explain the process, kept me updated along the way, and finished on schedule. My Tesla now looks like a showstopper on the road with a sleek, ultra-glossy finish that turns heads everywhere I go. Highly recommend SMR Auto for anyone looking for premium wrap services!

I had been wanting to tint my car for some time and wanted to support local business while I was at it. After receiving no response from other local shops I found SMR. They were quick and responsive and gave me an excellent rate for the tint. The car was in and out same day with a lifetime warranty! The staff was helpful and lovely and the car looks incredible! I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here. If you've been waiting for an affordable, friendly, local place to have your car tinted/wrapped SMR is the place to go!
